3 practices that help us all handle the in-flow of information that we have on how our businesses are doing

= 3 EASY PRACTICES THAT HELP US SURVIVE

[NOT ACTIONABLE BECAUSE WE CAN NEVER JUDGE IF TRUE OR TESTABLE]

2. Do long term planning once a month and medium term planning once a week.

OR

3. When overwhelmed, I gather the group and say:

BASED ON ALL THE INFORMATION WE HAVE GATHERED THUS FAR…. WE DON’T KNOW.

We’ll talk about your best practices next time. 🙂

Happy Monday!
